My name is Penny O’Neill. I get to live in Dalkey all year round. Lucky me! I know the area very well from a local perspective. I love to show visitors the special places in the area and to talk about what it is like to live here. I will introduce you to locals, you will get to taste local produce and see some wonderful sights. I will be your guide and I am the founder of Go Native.

Go Native is all about showing visitors to Dublin a different side to the capital city, something unexpected, unusual but totally memorable and enjoyable. It's about being a local for a bit and seeing the area through their eyes, to be part of their lives, even if it just for a few precious hours. Isn't that what a holiday is all about after all, having a truly real and authentic experience.

You will experience the real Dalkey, a beautiful part of Dublin which is less well known, but that is good news, as it is unspoilt. So if you want to jump off the beaten track for a few hours and immerse yourself in local Dalkey life then I, or one of the Go Native team, will be delighted to accompany you, as your local guide.
